RETURN POLICY

Q: I RECEIVED THE ORDER. BUT THERE’S AN ISSUE. CAN I RETURN MY ORDERED ITEMS?

Yes you can, At DIGIWAYS we don’t believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received. If product found with manufacturing defect, or wrong product or wrong size received.

Q: CAN I RETURN THE PARCEL WITHOUT APPROVAL?

Kindly not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” Confirmation email from us. We shall not accept any direct return without prior approval.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT WITH LOWER OR HIGHER VALUE?

Yes its very much possible if the replacement item is of lower value, we will adjust the difference amount with DIGIWAYS store credit if the replacement product is of higher value, it will be adjusted with additional payment.

Q: WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURN?
  • All final sale items/offers zone category products are not returnable.
  • Custom made/stitched products are not returnable in any case.
  • Product must be in original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or used and should be with all tags attached. Else they will not be applicable for exchange or return.
Q: WHAT ARE THE STEPS OF RETURNING ANY ITEM?
  1. 1.    In case you have any complaints inform to DIGIWAYS within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. 2.    Return approval email from DIGIWAYS. You will receive e-mail from  DIGIWAYS on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. Please note: Incase needed, we request you for a digital picture of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.
  3. 3.    Shipping back the items:On receiving of your product at DIGIWAYS, our teams shall examine the products on return and identify the defects / variation as indicated by you.

○    Please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues.

○    Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. Presence of original tags is a must to process returns.

○    Please do not forget to mark the packaging as “Defective Items for Returns” and not for sale.

  2. 5.    Post inspection of returned item, our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis as bellow.
  • Choosing an alternate Treasure as a replacement of equal value.
  • Gift Card to be used later for shopping on DIGIWAYS
  • Refund as decided on a case to case basis.

REFUND POLICY

In case if DIGIWAYS decided to refund your money than the refund policy is as under.

Your refund will be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in account usually within 15 working days from the date we receive your returned item.

Cross Border or, International Transaction Fees, if any charged by the respective bank from your credit or debit card will not be refunded. Please note these are hidden charges levied by your bank on you, and not by us. Customers must contact their bank for additional information on these charges. We will not refund any courier charges paid buy you at time of purchasing the product.

The GST / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer as per local laws, to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by the respective courier partner. We will not refund any such charges, if applicable during order delivery.

Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
